 Throughout the previous three days we have been talking about our date to begin filming. After a few conversations we have concluded that we're shooting on April 5. That is just the official shooting day. As expressed in past online journals we have two separate areas to film in for the movie. We will film our second area on a day further in the week. This first area will be at my Andrew's moms workplace.We got the go ahead to film at her office. There we will finish the entirety of our office area scenes. These scenes will happen before the "Work environment Olympics" at the recreation center. In spite of the fact that we are shooting our park scenes on an alternate day we trust he climate is acceptable. As of late the climate has been bright with little downpour.  We are currently in March and we are exiting our spring break.  We were not able to film during this break. It is hard to track down a date for recording that we are both free for a few of reasons. As a matter of first importance, Andrew works after school a few days every week. I go to class and band practice after school. Anyway there are different elements that influence our cycle for choosing a day to film. A part of our film happens outside and a segment happens inside. We should mull over the climate while choosing a date to film. The climate in Florida changes and we are never certain what climate the day may hold. It might rain today and be bright tomorrow. Since we are entering our spring break we will have seven days of no school. This will permit us to film since will have all the more spare energy.  Our team has not agreed on the exact days we plan to film but we have decided on a time period to film. Since we all have school going on and our lives to attend to after, it is hard to choose a day. We are sorting our schedules to come up with a good day to film. Also, we would need to film on a day with favorable weather because half of our filming will be taking place outside. As for location, we have a park set to film at but since we haven't picked a filming day. We also have an office building we are supposed to film at , however I am not 100% sure about the stability. We found a park that has a playground, a field, and other areas need to film. We decided to use iMovie, an editing app made by Apple, to edit our film. I am very experienced with using this app, it makes editing an easier job. In my previous blog I did mention the use of props. " We might get a ladder to lay on the ground as a part of the challenges that we may have. Places such as Amazon carry the ladder but we have to find the most affordable option for us. We might even utilize some cones for the activity as well." We still have not completely decided on which props to use but the props listed seem to stay the same.  Props play an important role in film-making. Often times props are neglected in film. They deserve more recognition because of the important role they play.During production there are a plethora of jobs to be done. Inside these jobs they play out an job. Each undertaking is vital in light of the fact that they cooperate to make a watch worthy film. A generally underrepresented a piece of creation is the props of a film.       My partner and I had a discussion about planning the props for the film as well as attire. Props are very important in the film because it helps bring the movie to life. Costumes are a huge part of filming because we must play our characters and become them. Costumes are what make us embody the character we are playing. We need to purchase a few items for our film. We do want to film outside for that element of our film but we would need certain equipment to properly do the activities we are planning on doing.       My partner and I had a discussion earlier about filming dates. We still are going to film in about two weeks. We were contemplating starting earlier but our availability wasn't that open. We wanted to begin the process earlier and also we might want to adjust the content of our film. We aren't exactly sure what changes we are adding to it that will be discussed at a later time. Not much has happened between this documentation and the last one. I did have a realization that filming may take longer than expected. The last videos we produced in this class were either shorter or fast to film. There are a lot of moving parts that goes into filming part of a movie and we will really have to tackle those challenged when filming begins. We are not completely sure about the setting.       My partner and I discussed Ideas for the filming location and costumes. We had a long conversation about locations we would film at. For our movie there are significant setting change and we needed to make sure we picked the best location that would work for us. We also needed to work out costumes because we would have to change outfits. Although we discussed these details before they are subject to change before the completion of the film. The circumstances change often and we have to maneuver our plans to work with what might happen. I need to make sure that our filming process runs smoothly. The main setting of our filming will take place at an office setting. Filming is subject to start in approximately 2 weeks. We will film the video in a two day window.   The title of a film is very essential for various reasons.  After research  on various websites about titles and title sequences we were able to begin the process of deciding on a name. We kept in mind the information absorbed from those websites and integrated  that information into our final decision. The title of a film sets the mood for the film, gives overview, and allows the audience to create assumptions for the content.  We spent some time thinking about a movie tile that fits the content of our film. As of right now the title for our film is "The Workplace". We decided this title for our film based on a comedy series named "The Office". The comedy style in our film is very similar of "The Office". As stated before in previous blogs the movie is inspired from that show. We didn't want to steal the name of the show but to have some sort of resemblance. Naming the film with a synonym of office was the best decision. It allows us to use the same...

        This storyboard is the outline for the filming of our movie clip. Each slide is about 5 seconds.It consists of 60 slides about the action that will take place. It briefly explains what will go on in the film. We will use this as a guideline while filming.   

  The location of our movie takes place in an office setting. I asked my partner Jada if she was able to ask her dad to use his office. Due to coronavirus his office was shut down. We had to reconsider our location and eventually we found a plan. We decided to go my mother's office because they are open during this time. With that being said we have to ensure that the proper covid precautions are being taken. In this movie there will be 2 main actors. My partner Jada and I are starring in this movie and we plan on portraying our roles to the best of of ability. However, we will be using back ground actors in order to make the movie more realistic. If needed we will be including a close friend of ours to work with us. Tiana worked with us in a previous project for AICE Media and it was a great experience working with her.
